Green List Roles

Engineers at work

Migrants employed in a role on the Green List may qualify for a Straight to Residence Visa from 5 September 2022 or a Work to Residence Visa from September 2023.

If you are an accredited employer you can hire for a role on the Green List and complete job checks without proof of advertising. The minimum requirements for the role must at least match the minimum requirements on the list.

​

The Green List roles can also provide straight-to-residence and work-to-residence pathways.
